• Billing Data:

  Plan, subscription, invoice, payment status, Stripe customer references, billing contact details, and related audit events. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Bisux.

• Preferences:

  Language, plan, and display choices stored in cookies or saved settings.

• Security IP Logging:

  IP addresses and related security events used for fraud prevention, abuse detection, sign-in protection, and auditing.

• UTM Tracking:

  Traffic source data such as UTM parameters, landing page, referrer, and a hashed IP so we can measure campaigns without identifying you.

• Privacy-first Cloudflare Web Analytics:

  Anonymous, cookie-free website metrics (disabled for EU visitors per GDPR).

• Service Delivery:

  Provide, maintain, and secure your account, portals, bookings, menus, galleries, and related features.

• Support & Troubleshooting:

  Use contact details and account data to answer requests, troubleshoot issues, and recover access.

• Notifications:

  Send transactional messages such as confirmations, password resets, security alerts, and onboarding updates.

• Marketing (Opt‑In):

  Send product news only if you explicitly opt in.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the account, support, security, and legal obligations. Data is transmitted over TLS, stored with access controls, and removed or anonymized when retention periods expire.

  Request a full copy of your data.

• Rectify:

  Correct or update inaccurate information.

• Erase:

  Delete data when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention obligations.
