1. Your Account

  • Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information at signup.

  • Keep your credentials secure—you're responsible for all activity.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service lawfully and respectfully.

  • Don't infringe others' rights or spread malicious code.

  • Avoid unsolicited commercial messages (spam).

3. User Content & IP

Your content stays yours. By uploading, you grant us a royalty‑free license to host and display it to provide the Service. All Bisux trademarks and code remain our property.

4. Fees, Billing & Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. Prices, billing periods, taxes, trials, and recurring subscription terms are shown before checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through our payment provider until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed by Bisux.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or inactivity. You can export your data before termination; after that, data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bisux isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes & Contact

We may update these terms to reflect legal, product, or security changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
